"You guys did a great job. A lot of people say a transaction was “flawless” but, seriously, from the initial contact (which was by phone since USPS did not deliver the offer in a timely manner because of forwarding issues I pretty much created since I’m about to move) to the follow-up emails and/or direct attention by phone call, there were no flaws in my transaction with you. Y’all offered a fair price and followed through in a timely manner. Sure I’ve been offered more for that little parcel, but those prospective buyers wanted to reduce their offer or simply canceled the transaction when they heard about the s/p tax sale “cooling off” period. You guys realized that you might not make quick money off it unless you find the right buyer but you’ll likely be able to make plenty of money if you think about it as a long-term investment. As soon as your due diligence was done you contacted me about the various ways you could fulfill the offer price and the money is in my bank account already. Once again, you guys did a great job. Five stars. Whatever you’re doing just keep it up."
